Not currently carried. Vaelith does not carry the VLT-CAG + VLT-SEM Blend. This page is kept as a research reference only — it is not part of our catalog and cannot be ordered.

This listing is a research blend of two synthetic peptides supplied together in one vial: VLT-CAG, a synthetic analog of the peptide hormone amylin, and VLT-SEM, one of Vaelith's house-series synthetic peptides studied in metabolic-pathway research models. Each component is a distinct peptide that appears separately in the published research literature, and each is covered individually by the lot certificate. This page is background about the material and is not medical guidance or intended for human use; no combined effect is claimed.

Composition and structure

The blend is a two-peptide research material. VLT-CAG is a synthetic, modified peptide sequence, and VLT-SEM is a synthetic, modified peptide sequence; both are single-chain peptides carrying chemical modifications along the sequence. The two are supplied together as a single lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, and the certificate for each lot reports on both components. Physical details for VLT-SEM on its own, including its length and approximate molecular weight, are on the VLT-SEM page; VLT-CAG has its own entry at VLT-CAG. The blend is described here strictly as a research material.

Handling and storage

The blend ships as a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. As a research material it is stored cool, dark, and dry, with the vial kept sealed until it is needed for laboratory work. Laboratories follow their own institutional handling and stability protocols. Vaelith does not provide preparation or use instructions of any kind.

How Vaelith tests each lot

Every production lot of the blend is tested before it is listed, and both components are reported on the same certificate. Identity of each peptide is confirmed by mass spectrometry, purity is measured by HPLC, and net content is checked against the label. Lots are not tested for endotoxin, heavy metals, or sterility, and the certificate says so plainly rather than leaving the field blank.

Results are recorded in a lot passport that you can open at any time by entering the lot number on the verification page (the address takes the form /verify.html?lot=...). Each certificate also carries a fingerprint, so the document you are reading can be matched to the one on file.

Reading the certificate

A certificate for the blend lists the lot number, both component names, the identity result for each with the observed mass, the purity figure from HPLC, the net content, and the tests that were not performed. If any of those fields is missing, or the fingerprint on the certificate does not match the lot passport, treat the certificate as unverified and contact us before relying on it.

Vaelith does not carry this blend; this page describes each component individually, claims no combined effect, and provides no dosing, administration, or human-use information.

Frequently asked

What is the VLT-CAG + VLT-SEM Blend?

A research blend of two synthetic peptides, VLT-CAG and VLT-SEM, supplied together as one lyophilized research material. Each component is covered by the lot certificate.

Is it approved for use?

No. It is offered as a research chemical and is not approved for human or veterinary use.

Does this page describe what the blend does?

No. Each component appears separately in the published research literature. This page covers composition, storage, and lot testing only, and no combined effect is claimed.

How do I confirm a lot is genuine?

Every lot has a certificate and a lot passport. Enter the lot number on the verification page to see the identity, purity, and net-content results for both components and the certificate fingerprint. Certificates are also collected on the COA page.
